All products from Light & Insight are lovingly handmade or naturally sourced, making each one beautifully unique. Product photos on our website represent the quality and style you will receive, though the exact colour, shape, and size may vary slightly.
Crystals often have small imperfections, inclusions, or colour variations — these are part of their natural formation and add to their charm. They are not considered faults and will not be refunded on this basis. The size of a crystal does not affect its energy or vibration.
When we talk about the metaphysical or healing properties of crystals, please understand that these beliefs are based on personal experience and traditional uses. Crystals and energy tools are not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare practitioner.
Just because a crystal is said to hold certain energetic or healing qualities, it doesn’t mean you will personally experience or benefit from those properties. Everyone’s journey with crystals is unique.
🕯 Candle Safety
Please burn your Light & Insight candles responsibly:

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects, curtains, and drafts.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn to prevent soot and uneven burning.

Do not move a candle while it’s burning or while the wax is hot.

Stop burning your candle when 1 cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
Light & Insight is not liable for any misuse or damage caused by improper candle care. Please enjoy your candles safely and responsibly.
🌿 Crystal Safety
Crystals are natural materials that can have sharp edges or small fragments. They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Some crystals may be toxic if ingested or if used in water elixirs — please research and handle with care.

All Light & Insight purchases are made by you, the customer, through your own freedom of choice. We trust you to use our products responsibly and with care. Light & Insight will not be held responsible for any harm, injury, or misuse of products once they have left our store.
💌 Refund & Returns Policy
Each product is carefully checked before shipping to ensure quality. Because our items are handmade or naturally unique, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or natural variations in appearance.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel at jayde_lightandinsight@outlook.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including differences in colour, shape, or crystal characteristics.
