Welcome. My name is Jayde.  I am the very busy Mum of 3 beautiful little boys and the wife of an amazing man. We live in Tocumwal, NSW and I own and work in my home based Hairdressing Salon.

I am certified in Crystal Healing, Reiki, Guided Meditation, Chakra Healing, Tarot Reading and Teaching/Guiding Manifestation and Mindfulness techniques and I am currently studying Hollistic Counselling - I intend to incorporate all of the above into this business as it grows.

Light & Insight is very much a reflection of my own journey to heal myself after a period of grief and huge change in my life. I have seen the amazing benefits that these tools have had on my own life and mental health and there is something about connecting with my spiritual side that genuinely lights me up and feeds my soul!

This is far more than a ‘side business’ to me. It is a way to educate and allow people to access alternate ways of helping themselves or exploring ways to genuinely become happier and learn to take time to look after themselves! It’s not something that consumes my entire life, but it’s a big part of what helps me find balance in the crazy chaos that is our day to day life… It also helps that everything is super pretty!! ❤️
