My name is Jayde. I am a hairdresser, a wife and most importantly the very busy Mum of 3 beautiful little boys in Tocumwal, NSW.

I am certified in Crystal Healing, Reiki, Guided Meditation, Chakra Healing, Tarot Reading and Teaching/Guiding Manifestation and Mindfulness techniques and I am currently studying Holistic Counselling - I intend to incorporate all of the above into this business as it grows. 

Light & Insight reflects my own journey toward healing after a period of grief and huge change in my life. I have experienced firsthand the benefit spirituality has had on my own mental health and happiness! The idea of sharing my knowledge and experiences genuinely lights me up my soul. It helps that everything is so beautiful!
