PALO SANTO - 3 PIECE PACK

Palo Santo is used to cleanse negative energy and invite in positive energy. This is an anciently practiced tradition and ritual that is believed to help yourself or family members that are stressed out, carrying negative thoughts, are feeling down or if there is tension or conflict in your home or work. Palo Santo is a more subtle smell that Sage and is a gentler smoke. Palo Santo translated is “Holy wood”.

HOW TO USE PALO SANTO

1 - Take a few deep breaths to calm your mind and body. 2 - With a match, lighter, or with the help of a burning candle - hold the end of the Palo Santo into the flame for at least 10 seconds and wait for it to catch alight. 3 - Hold the Palo Santo at a 45 degree angle and allow it to burn down the wood a cm or 2. 4 - Blow out the Palo Santo and then wave the wood around to distribute the smoke around the room, over and around your tarot/oracle cards or your crystals and place the remaining Palo Santo onto a heat proof dish or Abalone Shell to cool down. Reuse as long as it is safe to do so without the heat getting too close to your fingers.
